Preview Properties LLC is seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy building client relationships, and are driven to achieve sales targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional real estate advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and available listings.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
