Role Overview

The Real Estate Agent (Abu Dhabi Relocation) will support clients relocating to Abu Dhabi by providing expert guidance on neighborhoods, property options, lifestyle considerations, and the full relocation process. This role suits someone who is client-focused, proactive, and passionate about helping individuals and families find their new home in the capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients relocating to Abu Dhabi with end-to-end property search and leasing or purchase processes.
• Conduct property viewings, neighborhood tours, and lifestyle consultations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, new developments, and market trends.
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company-generated leads.
• Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
• Provide relocation support, including guidance on schools, amenities, transportation, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, relocation services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage.
