As an Abu Dhabi Specialist, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes with precision and insight, offering tailored solutions that reflect the city’s diverse real estate landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Represent and manage residential and commercial properties across key Abu Dhabi districts
• Advise clients on local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures specific to Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and accuracy
• Build and maintain a portfolio of listings in high-demand areas such as Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, and Al Raha Beach
• Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and close deals efficiently
• Attend property exhibitions, community events, and industry functions to promote the brand
• Deliver personalized service and post-sale support to ensure long-term client satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the Abu Dhabi market
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property laws, developer offerings, and buyer preferences
• Proven track record of successful transactions and client retention
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
