Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment property market.
- Manage the full sales process, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on new project launches, community insights, pricing trends, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably within Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
