Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while providing excellent customer service to Arabic-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing channels
• Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate offers and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new project launches
• Prepare and follow up on sales contracts and documentation with the admin/legal team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property brokerage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with a strong closing ability
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate market (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Professional appearance and client-facing attitude
