Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual English–Farsi Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with Farsi‑speaking clients while managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both English and Farsi
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, investment opportunities, and market trends
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Farsi (spoken and written)
• Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
