- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English essential- Non-negotiable (Arabic/Hindi/Russian/Mandarin/ German a plus/ bonus).
- Strong networking ability and client relationship management.
- High level of market knowledge (local areas, property laws, developers, upcoming projects).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle etc.), and MS Office.
- Professional presentation and grooming, with a client-first attitude.
- Acreditation (Broker/ Agent RERA Certification)
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting.
- Negotiate offers and close property deals in compliance with RERA regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai property trends, communities, and legal frameworks.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.
