Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English essential- Non-negotiable (Arabic/Hindi/Russian/Mandarin/ German a plus/ bonus).
  • Strong networking ability and client relationship management.
  • High level of market knowledge (local areas, property laws, developers, upcoming projects).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle etc.), and MS Office.
  • Professional presentation and grooming, with a client-first attitude.
  • Acreditation (Broker/ Agent RERA Certification)

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting.
  • Negotiate offers and close property deals in compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai property trends, communities, and legal frameworks.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.

Compensation

  • Attractive commission-based structure 50% (up to 80% T&C do apply).
