Real Estate Agent (Commercial)

We are now seeking ambitious, results-driven professionals to join our elite team in two distinct but equally critical roles.

1. Commercial Estate Property Agent

You are the face of our closing power. You will manage the entire sales and leasing lifecycle for our portfolio of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, multi-family).

Your Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for commercial listings.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and business owners.

· Lead property tours, presentations, and negotiations to secure optimal deals.

· Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide expert advice to clients.

· Collaborate with our inventory finders to seamlessly transition prospects into closed transactions.

· Manage all aspects of the transaction process, from offer to close.

2. Property Inventory Finder (Sourcer)

You are our scout on the front lines. Your mission is to uncover off-market and on-market opportunities that meet our investment criteria. You are the engine of our pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

· Proactively seek out and identify potential commercial properties for acquisition.

· Build and nurture a vast network of owners, wholesalers, and industry contacts.

· Utilize creative sourcing strategies (direct mail, Search Commercial Buildings, driving for dollars, database mining) to generate leads.

· Conduct initial property evaluations and financial analysis.

· Initiate first contact with potential sellers and qualify opportunities for our agents.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile):

· For Agents: Active real estate license in [State]. Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales/leasing.

· For Sourcers: Prior experience in real estate sourcing, wholesaling, or inside sales is a huge plus. A "hunter" mentality is essential.

· For Both: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working autonomously.

· Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, commercial real estate fundamentals.

· Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MLS.
