Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE. The right candidate should have good communication skills, a proven record of closing deals, and experience using DLD and Trakheesi. Knowledge of off-plan, commercial, and residential properties is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and build long-term client relationships.

· Manage property listinGenerate leads and build strong client relationships.

· Manage property listings, viewings, and negotiations (off-plan, commercial, residential).

· Handle transactions and documentation via DLD and Trakheesi systems.

· Stay updated on market trends and developer projects.

· Achieve or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

· Maintain professionalism and compliance with real estate regulations.

· Handle transactions for off-plan, commercial, and residential properties.

· Use DLD and Trakheesi for documentation and verification.

· Stay updated on market trends and developer projects.

· Achieve or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience.

· Strong knowledge of DLD, Trakheesi, and Dubai property regulations.

· Proven experience handling off-plan, commercial, and residential properties.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

· Commission-based role (no fixed salary).

· Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

· RERA certification is an advantage.

· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
