Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s competitive property market.

At Ethos, we provide comprehensive mentorship and training from seasoned industry professional, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, communities, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
