Real Estate Agent – Elam Real Estate

Our agents focus on working with clients, showing homes, and moving deals forward—while having access to systems, support, and guidance that help keep their business consistent. It’s still real estate, and it still requires discipline and follow-through, but you’re not figuring it out alone.

This role is best suited for licensed agents who want to grow within a team setting while building their own book of business.

What the Role Looks Like

• Work with buyers and sellers in residential transactions
• Conduct showings, consultations, and follow-ups
• Manage client communication throughout the process
• Draft and negotiate agreements
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Compensation

• Performance-based earnings with incentive opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license (or currently pursuing one)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Self-driven with consistent follow-up habits

Work Environment

Elam Real Estate is a team-oriented brokerage focused on professionalism, consistency, and long-term growth. Agents operate independently while having access to shared systems, support, and a collaborative environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
