Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client‑focused Real Estate Agent (Emirati Speaker) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Engage and support Emirati and Arabic‑speaking clients throughout the full sales cycle.
- Promote and sell residential, luxury, and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and developer offerings.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Professional, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
