Job Description: Real Estate Agent (European Speaker)

About the Role
We are seeking a multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or others). This role focuses on assisting European buyers and investors, providing culturally aligned communication, and delivering a seamless property‑buying experience in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist European clients throughout the property search, viewing, and transaction process in their native language.
- Conduct property tours, consultations, and market briefings tailored to European buyers and investors.
- Provide accurate translations and clear communication between English and the relevant European language.
- Advise clients on pricing, communities, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).
- Experience in real estate sales or property consulting in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
