We are expanding our international team and seeking a motivated European‑speaking Real Estate Agent to support our growing European client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist European clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including off‑plan and ready properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact to handover.

Requirements

• Fluency in a European language (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, etc.) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
