Real Estate Agent - Female

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Eligibility (must-have): Only Female candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate sector (minimum 1 year) will be considered. Applications without real estate expertise will not be reviewed.

We are expanding our Dubai sales team with driven Real Estate Agents who know the market and can close with confidence. Only candidates with Real Estate sector experience will be considered.

What you will do

  • Source, qualify, and manage buyer/tenant and seller/landlord leads.
  • List and market properties across portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and DRRE channels.
  • Run viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the deal through MOU/SPA to transfer or lease signing.
  • Prepare and process RERA/DLD documentation (Forms A/B/I, Trakheesi permits, title deeds, KYC/AML).
  • Maintain accurate records and pipelines in the CRM.
  • Create and upload 4–5 property/project videos daily to company and professional personal social media, aligned with DRRE branding and RERA ad rules.
  • Attend the European Real Estate Road Show every month as scheduled by the company; represent DRRE professionally, run presentations, capture leads, and follow through to conversion.
  • Hit activity and revenue KPIs (calls, viewings, listings, closures).

What you will need

  • Minimum 1 year of professional Real Estate experience (UAE market strongly preferred).
  • Mandatory experience across all three segments: Secondary sales, Rentals, and Off-Plan.
  • Knowledge of European Real Estate Road Show formats, processes, and expectations; ability to present to international audiences.
  • Active industry influencer: active real-estate social media presence with consistent content (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn) and recent performance data (followers, views, engagement).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers.
  • Excellent English; extra languages are a plus (Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, French, Chinese, etc.).
  • Confident negotiation, objection handling, and client service skills.
  • Portal/CRM fluency and mobile-first content skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for monthly roadshows (valid passport/visas as required).

  • Commission: Up to 80% (project-dependent; confirmed in writing before engagement on a project).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
