Real Estate Agent – Fixed Salary up to AED 5,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with a strong track record in the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven sales experience in real estate and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries professionally and convert leads into successful sales.
• Conduct property viewings and close deals independently.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, projects, and developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven real estate experience in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate trends and communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
