What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties — guiding them through every step of the process.
• Generate and nurture leads through our robust CRM, marketing tools, and KW systems.
• Conduct property tours, open houses, and client consultations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage lease agreements as well as sales closings.
• Provide market insights, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage KW Elite’s coaching network.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule

Compensation:

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
