Responsibilities

• Execute daily lead generation to identify and engage potential sellers.
• Prospect for off-market opportunities and deliver compelling value propositions to secure listings.
• Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled seller appointments and listing agreements.
• Master team-standard conversation scripts to excel in seller consultations and negotiations.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls to enhance your skills and mindset.
• Track and report performance metrics using advanced CRM and technology tools to optimize your results.
• Utilize our data resources to identify high-potential sellers and stay ahead in the market.
• Regularly preview homes to deepen your understanding of local property values and market trends.
• Stay a student of the evolving real estate industry, adapting to new strategies and opportunities.
• Negotiate listing agreements and guide sellers through the process with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, specializing in listings.
• Proven track record of securing and closing listings with measurable success.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with sellers.
• Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a passion for exceeding goals in a collaborative team setting.
