Real Estate Agent - Hindi speakers only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with a strong background working with property developers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and possess in-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, developer sales processes, and the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from leading developers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and ROI opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients
• Handle end-to-end sales process (lead generation to closing deals)
• Stay updated on new project launches and developer offerings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferably with developer sales experience)
• Strong knowledge of off-plan properties and developer projects
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); English proficiency required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per hour
