Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent who will specialize in both off-plan projects and secondary market (resale) properties. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with investors and end-users, helping them secure the best opportunities in Dubai’s booming real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Off-Plan Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Attend project launches, conduct presentations, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Collaborate closely with developer sales teams.

Secondary Market Responsibilities:

• Buy, sell, and lease resale properties across Dubai.
• Guide clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage contracts.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

General Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through marketing, referrals, digital outreach, and networking.
• Maintain accurate client and lead records through the CRM platform.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (off-plan or secondary market experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with investors and property buyers.
