What You’ll Do

• Support clients through the home buying and selling process.
• Host showings, open houses, and listing appointments.
• Build your client base through lead generation tools, marketing, and follow-up systems.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Stay informed on local market conditions to guide clients accurately.
• Utilize KW’s technology, coaching, and proven models to grow your business.

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
