Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to specialize in luxury property sales across Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a polished professional with a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, a strong network of affluent clients, and a proven ability to close premium transactions. You will represent some of the most prestigious properties in the region and deliver a bespoke, high-touch service to discerning buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell luxury residential properties including villas, penthouses, and branded residences
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international buyers
  • Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the luxury segment
  • Maintain a portfolio of high-end listings with accurate and compelling marketing content
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns and generate qualified leads
  • Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base
  • Deliver a personalized and seamless client experience from initial consultation through post-sale support

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market and developer offerings
  • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage
  • Professional appearance and ability to engage with elite clientele
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
  • RERA or DMT certification preferred
