About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent specializing in luxury property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work with high-net-worth clients. This role involves managing the full sales process, representing premium developments, and delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential properties.
- Conduct property presentations, private viewings, and client consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company standards.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of listings and client records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support property promotions and campaigns.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market developments, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
