Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent – Mandarin & English to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. You will play a key role in assisting clients with property transactions, building long-term relationships, and expanding our reach within the Mandarin-speaking community.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties in Abu Dhabi
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
