Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Mandarin‑ and English‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with Mandarin‑speaking clients, understand their investment needs, and guide them through Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both Mandarin and English
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, investment opportunities, and market trends
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and real estate regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
