Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan (Commission Only)

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join leading brokerages in Dubai. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, designed for agents who want to build their careers in one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets.

What You’ll Do

• Represent top developers and market exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai.
• Generate and manage leads through company campaigns, events, and referrals.
• Guide buyers and investors through the full property sales cycle.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, offering expert advice and market knowledge.
• Attend launches, viewings, and networking events to maximise exposure.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Dubai real estate preferred (not essential for highly motivated candidates).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales drive.
• Fluent English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
• Must be based in Dubai.
