Triangle City Real Estate LLC (TCR Properties) is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan investments. We work closely with leading developers and focus on long-term value, investor-grade opportunities, and professional client relationships.

We are expanding our off-plan division and are looking for driven Real Estate Agents who want structured training, real developer inventory, and a clear growth path in Dubai’s property market.

Role Overview

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent at TCR Properties, you will exclusively handle developer projects and off-plan property sales. You will guide clients through the full buying journey, from project selection to booking and handover support, while building strong investor relationships.

This role is suitable for both experienced off-plan agents and motivated individuals looking to enter Dubai real estate with proper training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan properties from approved developers
• Work with buyer and investor leads
• Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and ROI insights
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams
• Manage bookings, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records and client pipelines
• Ensure full compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations

What We Are Looking For

• Off-plan real estate experience in Dubai is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow in off-plan sales
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• UAE driving license is preferred

Training & Support
