What You ll Do

* Handle client inquiries, arrange property presentations, and manage negotiations
* Guide buyers throughout the sales journey with professionalism and market knowledge
* Build long-term relationships with investors and home buyers
* Stay updated on project launches, pricing trends, and market competition
* Keep CRM records organized and provide regular updates on sales progress

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree required
* Minimum 1 year of general sales experience; real estate sales preferred
* Valid real estate license or currently in process is an advantage
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time-management, presentation, and organizational skills
* Driven, confident, and eager to grow in the real estate industry
