Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, tenants, and developers
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions (off-plan or secondary)
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and presentations
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties
• Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and available listings
• Match client requirements with suitable properties or developments
• Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Guide clients through the full transaction process
• Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and documentation are accurate and compliant

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of real estate and the Dubai property market
• Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Familiarity with real estate portals and digital platforms is an advantage
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and property investment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ready to join immediately
