About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Property Specialist to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in off-plan property sales, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping investors and end-users find the right opportunities.

You will play a key role in promoting and selling off-plan developments from leading developers, while providing expert guidance and exceptional service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers.
• Build and maintain a strong network of investors and potential buyers.
• Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of developments, payment plans, ROI, and project timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest property launches, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual and physical site tours, and consultations.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and administration to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in off-plan property sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local and regional real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
