Real Estate Agent- Offplan Specialist (FEMALE ONLY)

A Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan properties in Dubai is responsible for promoting and selling new development projects directly from developers before construction is completed. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their investment goals, and providing expert advice on available off-plan projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote off-plan projects to clients, including residential, commercial, and luxury developments.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property prices, and developer offers.

Assist clients throughout the buying process — from initial consultation to contract signing.

Coordinate with developers, mortgage consultants, and legal teams to ensure a smooth transaction.

Generate leads through networking, online marketing, and property events.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Company Support:

The company will provide all necessary tools and resources to ensure success in this role, including qualified leads, marketing campaigns, CRM systems, and administrative support.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the off-plan sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property laws.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

Work Environment:
