We are seeking energetic, motivated, and sales-oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to handle sales, rentals, and property surveys for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell residential & commercial properties (houses, plots, shops, offices).
• Handle property rentals, including tenant hunting and agreement assistance.
• Assist clients in finding suitable properties (property hunting).
• Arrange and conduct property visits, meetings, and deal negotiations.
• Perform property surveys, inspections, and basic valuation assessments.
• Research market trends and provide guidance on property prices.

Requirements:

• Age must be 18 years or above.
• Minimum Intermediate
• Valid motorcycle license and own motorcycle are mandatory.
• Prior experience in real estate, rentals, or sales is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
• Must be proactive in fieldwork (visits, surveys, client meetings).

Compensation:

• Commission-based role (high earning potential – no fixed salary).
