Position: Sales Executive

Location: DHA Phase 8/Gulberg, Real Estate Business

We are seeking professional Sales Executives (Male/Female) to join our team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers, facilitating real estate transactions.

Guide clients through the marketing and purchasing process, ensuring the best terms and prices.

Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities, proposing suitable solutions.

Follow up with clients regarding receivables and maintain client relationships.

Conduct intermediate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Perform comparative market analysis to determine property values.

Market and showcase properties to potential buyers.

Prepare necessary paperwork for transactions.

Maintain and update property listings.

Develop professional networks with other agents and clients.

Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
