Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Overview

Takween Aldar Real Estate is a premium real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in residential and off-plan properties. As part of our expansion, we are seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join our flagship office on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and off-plan properties
• Manage company-provided leads and develop your own client base
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and investors
• Provide accurate market insights and investment guidance
• Maintain updated client records and deal progress in the CRM system

Requirements

• Strong sales mindset with a professional, results-driven attitude
• Ability to communicate professionally in English
• Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
• RERA certification is an advantage (support provided if required)
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office
• Base salary negotiable based on experience
• Company-generated leads and marketing support
• Professional office environment on Sheikh Zayed Road
