Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced market, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to achieve strong sales results across residential and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and regulations
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business
• Work closely with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
