Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, developing strong relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends. This role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.

Sales & Client Management:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from various developers in Dubai.
• Guide clients through the entire property purchasing process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and real estate regulations in Dubai.
• Analyse competitive market prices and provide insights to clients.

Property Presentations & Site Visits:

• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Highlight key features and benefits of off-plan developments.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

• Negotiate property prices, payment plans, and terms with developers and clients.
• Ensure smooth closing of transactions and coordinate with legal teams.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and payment plans.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dubai real estate sales knowledge, preferably in off-plan properties.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and project developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
• RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
