Foundation Tier

• 50/50 Split
• For agents under 2 years or under 20 closed transactions

Momentum Tier

• 75/25 Split
• For agents with 20+ closed transactions

Top Producer Tier

• 90/10 Split
• For agents averaging 20+ transactions per year for previous 2 years

What You ACTUALLY Get

• Weekly real-world training (contracts, negotiation, lead generation)
• Help building YOURbrand, not just ours
• Marketing strategy guidance (video, YouTube, short form, local authority)
• Clear expectations
• Accountability
• Direct access to leadership (You will have your Managing Brokers personal cell #)
