Job Overview

We are actively seeking experienced real estate professionals from Europe who are planning to relocate to the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team in Abu Dhabi, working with one of the region’s most respected property firms. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales experience, cultural adaptability, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget
• Negotiate offers and close deals professionally and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market and legal procedures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Proven track record in property transactions and client management
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to the UAE market
• Valid UAE driving license or willingness to obtain one upon relocation
