Role Overview

The Real Estate Agent – Relocating from Europe to UAE will join our Abu Dhabi team and support clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. This role is ideal for motivated agents seeking a dynamic, tax‑free market with high earning potential and strong demand for international expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a diverse client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (European or UAE experience accepted)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Valid driving license (UAE license required after relocation)
• Real estate certification is a plus
