Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents currently based in Europe who are ready to relocate to the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals looking to advance their careers in a fast‑growing, tax‑free market with high earning potential. Candidates should have a strong background in sales or real estate, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Stay informed about UAE real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or sales, ideally in a European market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced market
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driving license (UAE license can be obtained after relocation)
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
