We're growing and looking for passionate Real Estate Agents (Rentals) who are eager to make a mark in the dynamic Qatar market.

Your Role

• Client Engagement – Understand tenant needs and budgets to match them with ideal properties.
• Property Showings – Present rental properties, showcasing unique features and benefits.
• Rent Negotiation – Facilitate fair lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Documentation – Ensure all legal and regulatory paperwork is accurately completed.
• Relationship Management – Build trust with landlords, tenants, and team members.
• Sales Negotiation & Communication – Keep clients informed, represent landlords effectively, and manage deal flow.
• Closing the Deal – Oversee final stages and legal compliance.
• Bring New Listings – Actively add rental properties to our portfolio.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a real estate or leasing agent.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Valid Qatar driving license and personal vehicle (Mandatory).
• CRM experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
