Real Estate Agent – Dubai, Business Bay

JMM Real Estate Broker L.L.C is looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai Real Estate is mandatory
• Must have own valid UAE visa
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
• Must be confident in - Cold calling, client messaging and follow-ups
• Creating social media video content to generate leads
• Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary market).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, messaging, networking, and social media
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property consultations and viewings
• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
• Create engaging property videos and content for marketing purposes
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors professionally
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and project launches
