Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Commission

Description:

We are hiring a passionate and driven Real Estate AGENT to become part of our expanding Ajman-UAQ based team. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering results. You will assist individuals and property owners with real estate needs—from sourcing and listing properties to closing successful deals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, networking, and actively sourcing properties, including reaching out to owners in need of property management support..

Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with property owners looking to sell, lease, or outsource property management in northern emirates – specifically Ajman and UAQ.

· Maintain an active property portfolio through regular market scouting.

· Match clients with suitable properties based on their preferences and needs.

· Guide clients through the documentation and transaction process.

· Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and promotional support.

· Build trust and long-term relationships with both property owners and buyers/renters.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a real estate agent in UAE (Preferred).

· Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, legal procedures, and financing.

· Strong communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills.

· Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

· UAE driving license and own vehicle is a must.

· Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.

· Willing to travel extensively across Ajman, UAQ and neighboring areas.

· Willingness to travel within the UAE (75% of the time).
