Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Female Real Estate Agent to join our team in Business Bay. We provide the necessary tools, administrative support, and marketing assistance to ensure you can focus entirely on client interaction, content creation, and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Activity: Execute daily outbound calling and messaging tasks to connect with property owners, tenants, and buyers.
• Lead Generation: Use company-provided tools to identify and manage new business opportunities across both sales and rental markets.
• Content Creation: Develop and film engaging content for social media to promote listings and build your professional presence.
• Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct viewings professionally to showcase residential or commercial units.
• Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process for both lease agreements and sales contracts to ensure successful closings.
• Collaboration: Work with our Listing Admin who will handle the posting and marketing of your properties on all major platforms.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on transaction progress and your current pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience is mandatory.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication.
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.

• Commission: Attractive and uncapped commission structure for both sales and rentals.
• Tools: Laptop and SIM Allowance provided for lead generation and daily tasks.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
