Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and assisting buyers and investors in finding suitable properties across Abu Dhabi and the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Negotiate offers and close sales transactions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong client database using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
