Job Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, managing property listings, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in purchasing and selling residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal procedures
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Build and manage a portfolio of property listings with accurate and timely updates
- Provide expert advice and support throughout the transaction process
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and close deals
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and relevant regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
