About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company channels, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations.
- Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, communities, and developer offerings.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Build long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and target‑driven.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
