Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Dubai’s property market and a proven ability to close sales in the secondary segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property sales and leasing in the secondary (ready) market
• Generate leads through company-provided resources and personal networking
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and landlords
• Promote available listings through various marketing channels
• Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure smooth transaction processes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary preferred)
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
