Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and leasing properties in the secondary market
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Manage listings and ensure accurate property marketing

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai Secondary Market (mandatory)
• Proven track record of successful property transactions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property regulations
