Real Estate Agent- Secondary Market

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven real estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will specialize in the resale (secondary) property market, representing buyers and sellers in transactions involving existing properties. The ideal candidate is confident, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Representation: Act as an intermediary between property owners and prospective buyers for secondary market transactions. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.

2. Sales & Marketing: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote resale (secondary market) properties. Leverage digital platforms, property portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified buyers and sellers, ensuring a consistent pipeline of listings and transactions.

3. Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while complying with company policies and local regulations.

4. Market Research: Stay up to date with Dubai’s secondary real estate market trends, pricing, and community developments to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice and assist them in making informed decisions.

5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and other legal documents related to the real estate transaction process.

Qualification:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated with a passion for real estate.

- Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients.

- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
